Re.: Ordering and payment process
To: All valued customers of Wise Corridor Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Wise Corridor Vietnam Co., Ltd. would like to inform our customers of the applicable ordering and payment process from January 2021 as follows:
Subjects of application:
Customers enter into Agency Agreements since January 01, 2021.
Purchase and payment process:
Step 1: Placing an order by the link provided by the Company;
Step 2: Making a payment of 100% of the order value at the listed retail price and sending a successful payment confirmation to the Company;
Step 3: The Company confirms the payment and notifies the warehouse to release of goods;
Step 4: The Company and the Agent will reconcile the liabilities on the last day of each month;
Step 5: Making a payment of the outstanding balance to the Agent (if any) on the 5th day of the next month;
In case an Agent fails to meet the committed sales, the discount for it will be calculated based on the Agency Policy for the time being.
If the date of reconciliation and payment of the outstanding balance falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public, and New Year holidays as prescribed by the Law, the reconciliation and payment will be conducted on the next working day.
This notice takes effect from January 01, 2021. We hope that you will follow and comply with.
