RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Unused and Unopened Products

The Company accepts the return of unused product/s under the following criteria:

The product must be in its original packaging, unused/unopened and in good sellable condition.

The product must be returned within 7 calendar days from the purchase date/date received.

Return Due To Damage (Delivery)

The Company accepts the return of damaged product/s and/or product shortage/s upon the receipt of shipment (delivery) under the following criterion:

Must report damaged product and/or product shortage upon the receipt of shipment (delivery) within 7 days from the date received.

Refund and exchange will be to the initial value of the goods, exclude freight.

The Company can only accept return of products from our website. Products purchased at any other retail outlet will not be accepted.

The Company is not responsible for the loss or damage of the item sent back to us for exchange. Please ensure proper.

 

Product Return Procedure

First : Notifying Us Of Your Intention To Return or Refund.

Notifying us that you wish to return any goods or refund within 7 working days after delivery WhatsApp’s/ Call Customer Services at 012-213 1480 with your order details:

(Purchase date, Delivery date, Order number, Recipient name & Mobile number).

Second : Completing The Necessary Documentation

Please fill up the “Product Feedback, refund & Exchange Form” and place it together with the return items.

Refund Via Bank Transfer

All stock return (except for Satisfaction Guarantee, unused product return within 7 days from the purchase date and Delivery Damage), the refund will be based on the original price less 5% handling charge and miscellaneous charges where applicable.

Any return could be refunded in the form of bank transfer with bank accounts information furnished.

The Company  reserves the right to approve or reject a return based on the current returns policy. For more details on the terms and conditions of returns, you may refer to the Customer Careline.

Exchanges

You can exchange ordered product for another product, so please contact us at 012-213 1480 to arrange an exchange an exchange. Please be noted that courier fee will be borne by customer.

Refund and exchange can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.

Once we have received your first item, we will advise you of the postage charge for the second item before posting it.

*Promotion item are not applicable for Return/ Exchange.*

*Please allow 5-7 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for processing. The company reserves the right to refuse any return upon final review any of the above guidelines have not been met.*
